Our terms and conditions are legally valid in Dutch only. You will find the full text, all sixteen articles, on the Dutch terms and conditions page. The summary below is there to help you understand the practical points; it is not a legal document and the Dutch text always applies.
Appointments
We work by appointment. You can book online, by phone or over WhatsApp. You will get a confirmation of the time and the treatment you booked.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Cannot make it? Let us know as early as you can, so we can offer the slot to someone else. A quick phone call or WhatsApp is enough.
Prices
The prices on this website come straight from our booking system and are the ones we charge. Where a price says 'from', the final amount depends on the length and thickness of your hair, and we will tell you before we start.
Payment
You pay in the salon after your treatment. Cash, debit card and credit card are all fine.
Not happy?
Tell us, preferably while you are still in the salon or within a few days. We would much rather put something right than have you leave unhappy and not come back.
