Are you a hairdresser looking for a salon where you get the time to do things well? We would like to meet you, whether or not there is a vacancy open right now.
Dullers has been a family business since 1909 and is now run by the fourth generation. That means something for how we work: we take our time, we invest in people, and we would rather keep someone for ten years than fill a gap for six months.
Room to grow
We keep investing in courses and training. Whether you want to specialise in colour, curls or bridal work, we will help you get there rather than keep you where you are.
Your own clients
You build your own client base here and you get the time to do the work properly. Nobody is pushed through the chair to make the numbers.
A team that is actually a team
We are 11 people who like working together. People ask each other for advice, cover for each other and have lunch together. It is not a competition.
